About me

My name is Sousanna. I’m a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology, currently based in Athens, Greece. I have studied human behaviour and thought, with a particular interest in the workplace environment and people’s personal and professional growth.

Throughout my journey, I have developed strong skills in behavioural analysis, empathy, and team support. I aim to apply my knowledge in practical ways—helping individuals enhance their skills and career paths, with a special focus on vulnerable groups, refugees, migrants, and the LGBTQ+ community.

Through my personal blog (susannajournal.com), I share reflections, experiences, and lessons related to everyday and work psychology, encouraging connection and knowledge exchange among people.

My goal: To contribute to workplaces where individuals can grow, be recognized, and fully belong—while supporting the effective management and development of human potential.
